PARAGON APPRAISAL SERVICE, LLC Paragon Appraisal Service, LLC is an experienced group of residential real estate appraisers servicing the front range of Colorado. Our home office is in Denver, Colorado, but we have created a sophisticated virtual computer network that allows our appraisal staff to live and work in various areas in Denver, Colorado Springs, Boulder and Longmont. This network allows us to assign reports to the appraiser most knowledgeable of that reports market. It also enables Paragon Appraisal Service, LLC to turn around the work quicker and more reliably than other appraisal firms. Paragon Appraisal Service, LLC was founded by Andy Rinehart. Andy has been active in the Colorado real estate market since 1975. This includes being licensed as Certified Residential Appraiser, a Colorado real estate broker and a mortgage banker. In addition to Paragon Appraisal, Andy owns the real estate brokerage firm of Advantage Sells, LLC. Over the nearly 30 years Andy has been active in development, investment banking, brokerage, appraising and mortgage banking. Paragon Appraisal Service, LLC is approved to
